Millbrook—General Dynamics United Kingdom will be among the exhibitors at DVD2026 scheduled for September 16-17 at UTAC Millbrook. The following is a list of General Dynamics products and solutions that will be presented.

ANNOUNCEABLES

General Dynamics Land Systems-United Kingdom

• GDLS-UK and ARX Robotics UK are launching a strategic collaboration to explore the integration of autonomous robotic “wingmen” with the Ajax family of vehicles. GDLS-UK will also provide an update on the two-year Foxhound Technical Demonstrator Programme.

General Dynamics Mission Systems–United Kingdom

• Introduces PORTH, a portable integration hub that merges communications, computing, power, and radio interfaces to link legacy Bowman ComBAT Infrastructure and Platform (BCIP) with TacNet, dismounted, and third‑party systems, supporting rapid software updates and configurable installations.
• A live drone integration demonstration will take place at 1000 and 1400 hours on September 16-17 at DVD2026. The demonstration will showcase the exchange of real-time drone intelligence across the BCIP network in collaboration with Harmattan AI.

SOLUTIONS DEMONSTRATED

General Dynamics Land Systems–United Kingdom will showcase a range of advanced land platforms, technologies and industrial partnerships at DVD 2026, demonstrating how proven British Army vehicles can evolve to support the next generation of connected, autonomous and digitally enabled operations.

The company’s presence will centre on three areas: the continued development of Ajax as a platform for future warfighting, the next evolution of Foxhound and the delivery of a scalable Light Mobility Vehicle solution for the British Army.

• Ajax: enabling crewed-uncrewed teaming
  GDLS-UK will present its Ajax demonstrating command, control and integrate autonomous systems to extend reconnaissance, increase operational reach and enhance combat effectiveness across the battlespace. The concept reflects the British Army’s direction towards a more integrated force in which crewed platforms, uncrewed systems, sensors and combat effects operate together to deliver greater battlefield awareness, survivability and decision advantage. As part of this work, GDLS-UK and ARX Robotics UK are launching a strategic collaboration to explore the integration of autonomous robotic “wingmen” with the Ajax family of vehicles. Initial activity will examine how Ajax could command and control ARX Robotics’ HECTOR uncrewed ground vehicle across reconnaissance, surveillance, protection and combat missions. The collaboration will also explore how GDLS-UK’s manufacturing and integration facilities in South Wales could support the production, integration and sustainment of future autonomous land systems in the United Kingdom.
• Foxhound: Investing in the Future
  Marking the completion of the Foxhound Command and Control Vehicle (C2V) programme, a total of 52 upgraded vehicles have been delivered to the British Army, with the final vehicle delivered in January 2026, providing enhanced digital connectivity and battlefield command capabilities.
  • Foxhound Technical Demonstrator Programme (TDP)
    Army Headquarters has awarded GDLS-UK a two-year contract to deliver two Foxhound demonstrator vehicles built as part of the contracted TDP activity. The programme will demonstrate potential future upgrade options to inform consideration of the platform’s future.
  • Ford Lion Engine Integration
    GDLS-UK and Ricardo are integrating the UK-built Ford 3.0-litre V6 Lion engine Foxhound as part of the TDP. The activity is intended to explore potential improvements in performance, supportability and growth potential and increase UK content within the platform.
• A scalable Light Mobility Vehicle solution
  GDLS, Ford Motor Company and Ricardo will showcase their proposed solution for the UK Ministry of Defence’s Light Mobility Vehicle programme. Built around the Ford Ranger platform and Ranger Super Duty, the partnership brings together automotive scale, specialist engineering and military vehicle integration expertise to offer the British Army a scalable family of light mobility solutions. The display will include multiple Ford Ranger configurations, demonstrating the platform’s potential to support a broad range of operational roles and future mission-system requirements.
• C-UAS
  GDLS-UK will demonstrate how proven vehicle platforms can be adapted to support mobile Counter-Uncrewed Air Systems capabilities and respond to evolving aerial threats. The display will highlight the integration of sensors, command-and-control technology and effectors on General Dynamics Land Systems platforms. It will demonstrate how open, modular vehicle architecture can provide a flexible foundation for detecting, tracking and defeating uncrewed aerial systems. The concepts illustrate the potential to deliver mobile force protection across tracked and wheeled platforms, while enabling mission systems and technologies to evolve in response to changing operational requirements and threats.

• PORTH
  • PORTH delivers scalable mission-critical infrastructure for modern operations, enabling deployed teams to share information and achieve interoperability across systems such as Palantir, SitaWare HQ, ComBAT, and TAK. It provides a secure, mission-configurable package with a modular, rugged design that supports rapid deployment on a range of vehicle platforms and headquarters.
• MESHnet® MPPS
  • A robust and secure networking solution that provides the resilient connectivity needed to support the TacCIS Optimisation Project and the future Digital Targeting Web (DTW). Its flexible architecture and fleet-wide networking capabilities ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time, enabling faster decision-making and enhanced situational awareness in demanding operational environments.
• Land Deployable Gateway (LDG)
  • A brigade-wide interoperable gateway that connects battlefield, national, and coalition systems, enabling seamless information exchange across platforms such as Palantir, SitaWare HQ, ComBAT, and TAK. Acting as a single point of connection for application interoperability, LDG uses built-in data translation, advanced security controls, and standard Ethernet interfaces to deliver flexible, mobile, and mission-ready connectivity from the tactical edge to headquarters.
• ComBAT
  • A Battle Management Application (BMA) that delivers a unified common operating picture, enabling faster, better-informed decisions through enhanced situational awareness and integrated sensor data. Its intuitive, user-focused design reduces training requirements, while its open, modular architecture, compatible with BCIP, supports rapid integration of new capabilities, including future AI-enabled decision support, ensuring long-term value and operational flexibility.
• Bowman Proxy Service (BPS)
  • A secure middleware layer or API gateway between external applications and BCIP services, enabling the BCIP Tactical Infrastructure (TI) to be used as a transport mechanism for non-BCIP applications. Hosted on BCIP User Data Terminals (UDTs) the BPS allows external applications, sensors, analytics systems, gateways, and other mission systems to exchange information across BCIP without needing direct integration into BCIP internals.
• Virtual Tactical Routing Service (VTRS)
  • A software feature that extends BCIP by allowing multiple Scytale BCIP connections and true multi point networking. Hosted on BCIP UDTs, VTRS lets BCIP radios connect to several Scytale links at once, turning simple point to point links into a small, distributed network so dispersed forces and headquarters can share BCIP services such as messaging, chat, and situational awareness data, across a wider tactical network.
