Committed and driven are just a couple words that best describe Donna. In fact, her perseverance played a role in where she is today!

Jumping in headfirst, she began her journey with General Dynamics UK’s graduate programme after completing a degree in business management. As one of our first scheme graduates, Donna gained the required skillset to become a true expert in her field. Fast forward a few years later – and she is now a senior programme manager leading all kinds of exciting projects and bids for the Company.

Since joining General Dynamics, being challenged is among Donna’s favourite things. “I’m always learning something new on the job, and the people you meet here end up leading to lifelong friendships too,” she says.

And not only that – Donna is thoroughly motivated by her colleagues, as well as her two “little ones” at home, to always do her best. “Being committed, as well as the people you have around you, helps us all succeed in the long run.”
